How jobs are collected
Every listing on Delaware Basin Jobs comes from an employer's own careers page or from an employer who sent it to us. We don't copy jobs from other job boards, and we don't write job ads ourselves.
Checked every day
Every morning around 6am Central, our system visits the careers pages of 34 oil and gas employers working the Delaware and Permian Basin. On the last run (Oct 29, 2026) it checked 33 careers sites, and 33 answered normally. It keeps only jobs located in the Basin's Texas and New Mexico towns.
What we keep, and what we remove
- Closed jobs come down. When a company removes a job from its careers page, it leaves our search the same day. Its page stays up for up to 30 days with a clear "No longer accepting applications" notice and similar open jobs, then it is deleted.
- Expired jobs come down. If the employer gives a closing date, the job is removed on that date even if their site still shows it.
- Repeated postings are merged. Companies often post the same job once per opening. We show it once and say how many openings there are.
- If a careers site is down, we keep that company's jobs for up to 3 days instead of wiping them, and remove them if the site stays down.
What we add
To make jobs easier to compare, we pull out facts the employer already wrote in the posting, like pay, CDL requirements, hitch schedules and whether it's entry level. If the posting doesn't say it, we don't show it. We never invent pay, benefits or schedules.
Applying
Every Apply button opens the employer's own application. Delaware Basin Jobs is not the employer, doesn't see your application, and never charges job seekers anything.
Spot a problem?
If a job is closed, wrong or looks like a scam, report it and we'll check it. Employers who want their jobs listed (free) can send us their careers page.
