Job Description

• Under broad direction, collaborate with business development, operations, and support teams to align digital products with customer needs and implement digital products, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users within the geography.
• Conducts training sessions, including workshops, online training, and coordinating on-the-job training with crew engineers.
• Collaborates with product teams to communicate customer requests and contribute to the development of product features, and provides support to crew engineers using digital products.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of an undergraduate degree and a minimum of five years of industry experience.
